Please be aware that our appointment system is a ‘telephone first’ system which means that we would prefer you to telephone the surgery rather than attend wherever possible.
This is following advice from Public Health which has highlighted the problem with infectious diseases, not only Covid-19, spreading due to overcrowding in public spaces.
We have very limited space for people to maintain social distancing within our waiting rooms and foyer and what space there is, is utilised for those patients waiting to see a clinician.
If patients attend the practice without an appointment this puts a strain on our ability to keep everyone safe and within the current government guidelines, so please do not attend the practice unless you have a genuine need to do so.
