As a part of our new GP contract we have been tasked with providing a public facing dashboard, available to our patients, in order to provide information around the activity we undertake on a monthly basis at the practice. We are happy to say that we are now in a position to be able to do this and, in cooperation with NHS Wales, you can now find the data infographic here. It can also be accessed through our Practice Information page, under GP Activity.
Whilst there is a two month delay on the availability of this data we are pleased to announce that we will be updating this data on a monthly basis so that our patients can be more informed of the work we do at the practice and it will, we hope, also illustrate improvements which we make in the future.
