The Practice doors are only open between the hours of 8.30am-6pm.

Telephone lines are available from 8am for emergencies and are available until 6.30pm.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:30 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Outside of surgery hours (18:30 – 08:30) emergency GP cover can be accessed by calling the usual surgery number. A recorded message will provide the contact details for the service.

If you feel you need to be seen out-of-hours contact the out-of-hours service who will advise you and assess your health needs. If appropriate you may be given an appointment to attend the out-of-hours centres at Cardiff Royal Infirmary or the University Hospital of Wales.

NHS 111

When we are closed our patients are offered a full GP service. For urgent advice and treatment please telephone 111 where your call will be diverted to the Aneurin Bevan Health Board Out of Hours Service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
