Practice Manager

Angela provides operational management support to the practice and manages the reception team. Angela is responsible for several operational functions at the practice including ensuring that the clinical rotas are maintained and providing direct management support to ensure that the practice is run effectively and efficently.

Mr Phill Davies (m)

BUSINESS MANAGER

Provides strategic leadership and management to enable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment whilst maintaining a happy and committed team

Administration

Adminstrative Services

The practice is managed through four direct departments including Clinical, Payments, Office and Reception. This allows the practice to function as a business and to ensure that the services provided are maintained.

All members provide valuable input into the support functions at the practice. Each members has an area of expertise and support the high levels of quality patient care provided by the practice.

Mrs Bev Gill (f)

Payments Manager 


Bev provides expertise in Quality and Outcomes Framework at the practice and keeps clinical registers upto date as well as managing the new patient requests, deductions and ensuring that patients are contacted for regular and routine clinical reviews for their specific health needs. Bev also manages the clinical data team so that ensure that your clinical data is updated.

Ms Cath Hutton (f)

Office Manager


Cath provides expertise in office management and keeps the practice organised by ensuring that systems are maintained, invoices paid, ordering stock, stationary. Cath also manages the Medical Secretaries who correspond with the hospitals regarding clinical referrals.

Reception

Julie, Sajida, Sandra, Amy, Wendy, Harriet, Annum, Hannah, Dawn, Nichola, Jayne, Michelle & Hannah.

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

We value our reception team and appreciate the important job that they do for the practice and providing patients with quality customer services. We would ask that patients also offer them the same level respect that they provide to patients.

Our team of reception staff will treat you in a friendly, courteous manner and do all they can to help you. If requesting an emergency appointment, in order to assist the doctor in assessing priority it may be necessary for our staff to enquire as to the nature of your condition. This information is used by the On Call GP to assess your condition and is not designed to be an intrusion of your privacy.
